I primarily work from both a Narrative and a Cognitive Behavioral lens.

I believe we develop stories in our heads that are based off of our experiences. Those stories can become either empowering or self-defeating — Depending on how we act them out in our daily lives.
During our time together, we will become aware of what stories you tell yourself.

We will replace thoughts and behaviors that don't benefit you with ones that do.

We will explore situations from an objective perspective rather than an anxious one.
​
We will shift your actions to align with what you really want in life versus what you're simply used to (or, are comfortable) doing.

I encourage you to invest in yourself, even when you might not feel like it.
